DASA Conference Success

The 2011 DASA AGM Conference has been voted a huge success. Many delegates have expressed their delight at what was an enjoyable day of information, views and thought provoking presentations, delivered to a packed hall. Manufacturers and suppliers provided exclusive offers to those attending and the separate exhibition hall was often bursting with delegates discussing their requirements and networking.

More, more, more seems to be the response as DASA addresses solutions to the problems that face the independent repairer and strives to gain appropriate recognition for the skills of the industry.

There is not a more exciting time to play a part as a member, or associate member, and with a new year about to start, why not join and engage in the activities and reap the benefits of the debates being held on behalf of DASA members. Independent Electrical Retailer magazine is reporting on the Conference in the December issue and this is a start of a dialog with independent electrical retailers about the value of service to their operations.

DASA now needs feedback from all who attended the Conference so the they can better represent its members in soliciting greater recognition, more work and just rewards, as well as providing the service that its members both want and deserve.
